By using Matalisi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to your access and use of the platform for classifieds, e-commerce, and e-services.

1. Platform use

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting requests.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting fraudulent listings or content.
• You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

2. Store/vendor responsibilities

• Vendors must fulfill orders and respond to enquiries/appointments submitted through the platform.
• Vendors must comply with platform policies and local regulations.
• Matalisi may review content/listings for quality and compliance.

3. Payments and orders

Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Order status, refunds, and payouts follow our operational flow and store policies where applicable.

4. Returns and resolution

If you need to return a product, use the customer Returns flow in your account. We will help coordinate outcomes between you and the vendor.

5. Enquiries and appointments

Request Quote and Book Appointment submissions are leads. Vendors may respond by email or through their store dashboard workflow. Availability and timing are not guaranteed by Matalisi.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matalisi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
