How do I order on Matalisi?
Browse a store, add items to your cart (for stores that support cart), then checkout and pay. After payment, you will receive order updates until completion. For services that do not use cart, use Request Quote or Book Appointment and the vendor will respond.
What payment methods do you support?
Payments are processed through approved payment providers. You will see the available options at checkout.
Do you deliver or do you use pickup locations?
You can have orders delivered or picked up depending on the store and the fulfillment options available for your order. Use Pick Up Locations to find approved pickup partners.
How do I request a return?
Go to your account page and open Orders & Returns, then click Request return next to the order you want to return. Our team will coordinate with the vendor.
What happens after I submit Request Quote or Book Appointment?
Your submission is recorded as a lead for that store. The vendor can reply through the store admin workflow. Where an email was provided, you will receive an email reply. Timing is subject to the vendor's response.
How do classifieds ads work (Silver/Gold tiers)?
When you choose an ad tier, you pay first. Your classified ad is then submitted for compliance approval. After approval, the ad becomes active for the selected tier duration.
How can I report an issue with a vendor?
Use Report a Vendor from the footer. Provide clear details and any reference (order number, store name, or link). Your report is reviewed by our team.
